1. WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?

Personal information you disclose to us

In Short: We collect personal information that you provide to us.

We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide when you register on the Services, sign in, make a purchase, request support, communicate with us, or otherwise interact with the Services.

Personal Information Provided by You. The personal information that we collect depends on the context of your interactions with us and the Services, the choices you make, and the products and features you use. The personal information we collect may include:

  • Names
  • Email addresses
  • Phone numbers, including phone numbers used for one-time verification code login
  • Billing addresses
  • Payment card details needed to complete a purchase

We collect phone numbers to send one-time authentication and account-security codes. Your phone number is used strictly for authentication and account security. We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number with third parties for any purpose, except as necessary to deliver SMS messages and provide our services.

Sensitive Information. We do not intentionally collect or process sensitive information through this Service.

Verification via Phone Number. If you choose to create an account or log in using your phone number, consent is collected through a required checkbox during login or account creation before any SMS message is sent. Once you provide that consent, we collect and use the mobile number you provide to send a one-time verification code when you request authentication so we can confirm your identity and help protect your account from unauthorized access.

Payment Data. We may collect data necessary to process your payment if you make purchases, such as your payment instrument number and the security code associated with your payment instrument. All payment data is stored by Square. You may find their privacy notice here: https://squareup.com/us/en/legal/general/privacy.

Information automatically collected. We may automatically collect certain information when you visit, use, or navigate the Services. This information may include your IP address, browser and device characteristics, operating system, referring URLs, usage information, and interaction timestamps. We use this information to maintain the security and performance of the Services and to improve how the Services function.

2. HOW DO WE PROCESS YOUR INFORMATION?

In Short: We process your information to provide, improve, and administer our Services, communicate with you, protect accounts, process transactions, and comply with law.

We process your personal information for a variety of reasons, depending on how you interact with our Services, including:

  • To create, manage, and support user accounts. This includes helping you access your account and keeping account information current.
  • To authenticate users and protect accounts. If you choose phone-based authentication and provide consent through the required checkbox, we send one-time verification codes by SMS for authentication and account security only.
  • To process transactions and related support requests. We use payment and billing information to complete purchases and provide customer assistance.
  • To communicate with you about service-related matters. This may include transactional emails, support responses, security notices, and other non-marketing messages related to your account or purchases.
  • To comply with legal obligations and protect our business. We may process information to respond to legal requests, investigate misuse, prevent fraud, and enforce our agreements.

We do not send marketing or promotional messages via SMS.

3. SMS COMMUNICATIONS AND ACCOUNT VERIFICATION

We use SMS (text messaging) solely for authentication and account security purposes.

When you provide your phone number and consent, you will receive a one-time verification code (OTP) when you request authentication to log in, verify your identity, or access your account. These messages are not used for marketing or promotional purposes. We only send SMS messages for authentication and account-security purposes. Message frequency varies.

Consent. By providing your phone number and selecting the required consent checkbox during login or signup, you expressly agree to receive SMS messages for authentication and account security. Consent is collected via a required checkbox during login or account creation before any SMS messages are sent. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase.

Message Details. Message frequency varies and messages are sent only when authentication or account verification is requested. Message type: one-time passcodes (OTP) or verification codes. Message and data rates may apply.

SMS messages are only sent in response to a user-initiated action, such as requesting a login or verification code.

Opt-Out. You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. Please note that opting out may prevent you from receiving authentication codes required to access your account. For assistance, reply HELP.

Data Usage. We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number with third parties for any purpose, except as necessary to deliver SMS messages and provide our services. Your phone number is used strictly for authentication and account security.

Third-Party Providers. We use trusted third-party providers, such as Twilio, to deliver SMS messages. These providers process your phone number solely to deliver messages on our behalf and are contractually obligated to protect your data.

4. WHEN AND WITH WHOM DO WE SHARE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

In Short: We may share information in specific situations described in this section and with trusted providers that help us operate the Services.

  • Service Providers. We may share personal information with trusted vendors that help us host the site, process payments, deliver authentication messages, analyze performance, or provide customer support. These providers may use the information only to perform services for us.
  • Business Transfers. We may share or transfer your information in connection with, or during negotiations of, a merger, sale of company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business.
  • Legal and Safety Reasons. We may disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, investigate fraud, or enforce our agreements.

We do not sell, rent, or share phone numbers with third parties for any purpose, except as necessary to deliver SMS messages and provide our services.

5. DO WE USE COOKIES AND OTHER TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES?

We may use cookies and similar tracking technologies to remember your preferences, maintain secure sessions, understand how visitors use the Services, and improve site performance. You can control cookies through your browser settings, although disabling certain cookies may affect how the Services function.

6. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?

We keep your personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this privacy policy, including providing the Services, meeting legal, accounting, and reporting obligations, resolving disputes, and enforcing our agreements.

7. HOW DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION SAFE?

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your personal information, including your phone number. Although we work to protect your information, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

8. DO WE COLLECT INFORMATION FROM MINORS?

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18 years of age. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can review and address the issue.

Depending on where you are located, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, portability of, or deletion of your personal information, or to limit certain processing activities. To exercise any available privacy rights, contact us using the details in this notice.

10. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature. Because no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals.
