Items have a 15 day return policy. Item must be within original container and unused. Any product that has been used will not be accepted for returns. Service charges are final. All cancellations must be made 24 hrs prior to appointment. Any charges past that threshold will be charged the full amount. Rescheduling must be made within 8hrs of appointment. Anything past that customer will be charged full amount for service. No exceptions. Time is the most valuable asset we all have. We respect your time, please respect ours.

Any subscription debt or monies paid upfront are final and only refundable at a reasonable request. All decisions are final and decided at Lucien Faber discretion. If subscriber is terminated for any reason monies paid are non refundable and there are no circumstances where this will be otherwise.
